A plant native to India, and one of the most important herbs in ayurvedic medicine. Restorative, Regenerative and esteemed as high as Ginseng in TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine) This is an herb that is often used in regards Root Chakra imbalances.

Native to India and other tropical regions Bacopa (Brahmi) derives its name from Brahman meaning ‘pure consciousness’ because of its ability to aid meditation, its a great herb for the Crown and Third Eye Charkas. The whole plant is often used. Its mainly used to help increase brain function, memory, concentration, ease anxiety and increase natural serotonin production.
